I can't log in!

There are different reasons why you might not be able to log in.
Here are the most common ones:

  1. Your account is locked - This happens after 3 failed login attempts:
    Try again in a little while!

    If the account is still locked after a while:
    Reset your password - You can do this via the link in the login window
  2. Your email address is not linked to any subscribing organization - Each organization is associated with a specific email domain. If you are using a different email domain than the one your organization uses by default, you need to contact our support so we can link your email address to the correct organization.
  3. Your organization does not have an active subscription

How do I know when new reports are available?

  1. You can subscribe to our newsletter "News from 90 Sekunder" where we announce new reports.
     Unfortunately, it is only available in Swedish, but it can still serve well as a reminder!
    Start a subscription to "Nytt från 90 sekunder" (News from 90 sekunder)
  2. You can visit the play page at regular intervals - New reports are published on the first Monday of every month, except for July and August
