Organised volunteering
A quick response to an incident can be crucial, but difficult to achieve. For that reason, many emergency services work to organise volunteers in various ways. Broadly speaking, there are two tracks: The concept called Civil Insats-Person (English: Civilian Responder), CIP, and the volunteers using the Delta app. The two concepts work somewhat differently.
