Wildfire in february Brekstad, Norway
It was on the 7th of February 2026, a time of year when you might not expect extensive wildfires. But a wildfire spread quickly in the strong winds just north of Brekstad in Norway. A lot of hoses were used that night. Showers of sparks were a problem, as they made the fire spread quickly and at one point, the situation almost turned dire.
